We ship the same day — worldwide. Every Baliaric parasol is handcrafted in Bali and dispatched from our warehouses in Canada, Spain, or Bali, depending on your destination. This means shorter journeys, faster delivery, and fewer surprises at the door.

Canada — Free Domestic Shipping

Canadian orders are fulfilled from our Canadian warehouse. No customs duties or import fees apply.

United States — Complimentary Shipping

Complimentary shipping is included for delivery to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. Import duties, import taxes and customs charges are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the recipient. DHL may request payment of these charges before delivery. The amount is determined by U.S. customs and may vary according to the order value, classification and destination.

If the recipient refuses or fails to pay the applicable import charges, the carrier may withhold delivery and return the shipment to Baliaric. The customer remains responsible for the actual return shipping, storage, customs and carrier charges incurred as a result. Where permitted by applicable law, those documented costs may be deducted from any amount otherwise refundable. Re-dispatch will be arranged only after all outstanding charges and the new shipping cost have been paid.

For Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and military postal addresses, please contact us before ordering so that we can confirm availability and any additional shipping cost.

Orders placed before the effective date of this policy remain governed by the terms accepted at the time of purchase.

Mexico — Free Shipping

Orders to Mexico are fulfilled from our Canadian warehouse. Standard Mexican import regulations and charges may apply depending on the order and destination.

Spain, European Union & Middle East — Free Shipping

Orders for Spain, all 27 EU member states, and the following Middle East destinations are fulfilled from our Spanish warehouse via FedEx. No customs duties or import fees apply within the EU. Middle East orders may be subject to local import regulations depending on the destination country.

Middle East destinations covered: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman.

EU companies: Please provide your EU VAT number at checkout for immediate tax treatment on intra-community supplies.

United Kingdom — Free Shipping

Orders are fulfilled from our Spanish warehouse and delivered to the UK within 2–3 business days.

As a result of post-Brexit trade regulations, UK customs authorities levy import duties and a carrier handling fee upon delivery. Please note that these customs charges are separate from shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient:

• Duties are collected by the carrier (FedEx / UPS / DHL) — not by us.
  
• If you are a UK company, please provide your VAT number or company ID at checkout so your order can be handled as B2B by customs.

We are EORI licensed for UK export.

Rest of World — Quote on Request

Orders outside the regions above are fulfilled from Bali, Indonesia via FedEx or UPS. Shipping costs and transit times vary by destination and order size.

To receive a full shipping quote before committing to your order:

1. Place your order online and select Manual Payment / Request Shipping Quote at checkout.
2. We will confirm all details — parasols, bases, shipping costs — with no payment required yet.
3. Once you approve the full breakdown, we will issue your invoice with a secure payment link.
4. As soon as payment is received, we arrange dispatch and send you full tracking information.
5. Import duties and customs fees will be collected by the carrier upon delivery in your country.

Rates per box decrease when multiple boxes are shipped to the same address. For shipments above 70 kg, special cargo rates may apply — contact us and we will find the best option for you.
